Privacy & image notes
Updated September 14, 2026
When you submit the contact form, we store your name, email address, optional company or shop, inquiry type, message, and submission time in the website’s database so Jen & Glen can review and reply. The form does not open your email app. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails. We keep inquiry details only as long as needed to respond and manage our correspondence.
Messages sent to our shared TBX inbox are also used to respond to your inquiry. The separate TBXGO form has its own privacy information. Visiting YouTube or other linked sites is subject to their privacy practices.
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages people visit, how they find us, and whether they open YouTube or submit an inquiry. Analytics cookies help distinguish visits. We do not send the names, email addresses, companies, or message text entered in our form to Analytics. We measure a successful form submission without including the form contents.
Analytics stays off until you choose “Allow analytics.” Choose “No thanks” to browse without it, or change your choice through Cookie settings. Your choice is remembered in this browser for six months. We do not enable advertising personalization or Google Signals. See Google’s privacy policy and Analytics opt-out tools.
Hosting providers may process normal service and security logs. Links from our YouTube profile include campaign labels so, if you allow analytics, we can recognize visits from the channel.
The woodland road scene, workshop, and antique-shop images illustrate the channel’s themes. They do not show a specific road we have visited, our actual home, published episodes, or completed projects. The Navigator reference, host photo, and channel logo were supplied by Jen & Glen.
